The Space Whisperer was commissioned to design and deliver the complete interior architecture of Savard’s first physical boutique, bringing an online-only luxury watch retailer into the heart of Wilmslow at 67 Water Lane. The brief was simple: create a calm, high-end space where rare timepieces feel even more special in person.
Inspired by the idea of a “jewellery cave”, the concept uses layered textures and carefully controlled lighting, as if precious pieces are discovered within stone. Textured wall finishes and integrated display niches create depth and atmosphere, while soft illumination gives each watch its own moment without the space ever feeling showy.
Alongside the interior design, we also delivered the architectural scope, including planning and building regulations, ensuring the boutique was both beautiful and fully compliant from day one.
The result is a refined luxury retail environment and a strong example of interior design in Wilmslow and interior design in Cheshire, where atmosphere, detail and client experience matter as much as layout and finish.
